HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Pre-ordered items do not ship until therelease date listed on the product page.In-stock items placed in an order with a pre-ordered item will ship complete with the rest of the order once the last dated item has been released.

Pre-orders are filled on a first-come first-served basis. Some releases are very limited and will not be able to be filled. We usually won't know for sure if we can fill your order until the week of the release. 95% of the time, we are able to fill all preorders, but every once in a while a super limited release comes along and we are only able to get a limited amount of copies from our distributor. We apologize in advance if this happens to you.

Please note: Backordered items will automatically be cancelled and refunded after 90 days from the release date or order date, whichever is later. Please contact if you would like us to keep a backordered item open past 90 days.

Payments:

We accept credit card payment via most major credit card companies: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Etc.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is via USPS Media Mail (3-7 business days) and starts at $6.99.

Expedited options are available too, so you can start enjoying your new vinyl fast. All shipping charges will be shown at checkout before your order is finalized.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Vinyl Records, CD's & Other Media:

Wrong Item

If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us atRYWarehouse@proton.me to obtain a return authorization number and return postage.

Defective Or Damaged Item

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us atRYWarehouse@proton.me for a return authorization number and a prepaid return postage label within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price to the original method of payment, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.

All Other Items:

Clothing, accessories and other items can only be returned if they are defective or if you were shipped the wrong item (size, color, style, etc).Sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not offer size exchanges.


Return Process:
Please email us atRYWarehouse@proton.me before returning any product so that we can issue a return authorization number to insure that your return is processed accurately and quickly.


All items must be returned with all original packaging and materials, inserts, etc. for a full refund. If you have any questions regarding whether a product is returnable, please contact us prior to placing your order at RYWarehouse@proton.me.

Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not accept returns for unwanted items at this time.

Exchanges:

Exchanges offered for within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at RYWarehouse@proton.me to obtain a return authorization number. All exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment:

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing your order. The delivery dates shown at checkout are only estimates. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us prior to placing your order to verify that the item you need is available and can be delivered by the required date.


Packaging:
Red Yeti Warehouse uses only high quality "whiplash" or "frustration-free" style record mailers to ensure you receive your order in great shape. We are also committed to reducing waste wherever possible. We encourage you to save these packing materials for your own future use.

If you delete or lose your invoice please contact us atRYWarehouse@proton.me and we will happily send you a new one.
