Wrong Item
If we shipped you the wrong item, we apologize for our mistake. We will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the replacement. Please contact us at RYWarehouse@proton.me to obtain a return authorization number and return postage.
Defective Or Damaged Item
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us at RYWarehouse@proton.me for a return authorization number and a prepaid return postage label within 14 days of receipt. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price to the original method of payment, upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
All Other Items:
Clothing, accessories and other items can only be returned if they are defective or if you were shipped the wrong item (size, color, style, etc). Sorry for any inconvenience, but we do not offer size exchanges.
Return Process:
Please email us at RYWarehouse@proton.me before returning any product so that we can issue a return authorization number to insure that your return is processed accurately and quickly.
All items must be returned with all original packaging and materials, inserts, etc. for a full refund. If you have any questions regarding whether a product is returnable, please contact us prior to placing your order at RYWarehouse@proton.me.
Sorry for any inconvenience but we do not accept returns for unwanted items at this time.
