Thin Lizzy - "Shades Of A Blue Orphanage". Thin Lizzy's second studio album, Shades Of A Blue Orphanage, was released in 1972. Produced by Nick Tauber, it features the single, "Whiskey in the Jar," which was a #1 hit in their native Ireland. The album's title is a combination of the member's previous band names, a line-up that included Phil Lynott, Eric Bell and Brian Downey.
